These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bkoko platform and its users. By accessing the bkoko website or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
Acceptance
By registering at bkoko, you declare that you are legally an adult under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and that you are at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Scope of Services

Prohibited Persons
- Registration by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
- bkoko employees and their immediate family members may not open gaming accounts.
- Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded may not register.
Identity Verification (KYC)
- bkoko may request identity verification documents at any time.
- Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.
- Accepted documents: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on bkoko are secured by SSL encryption. We support only the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.
Deposit Rules
Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions from a mobile number not registered in your name are not accepted. Deposits made through a third party may be cancelled.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Most withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and the same account used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
Anti-Money Laundering
bkoko is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only; any attempt to withdraw deposited funds without playing games or completing the minimum betting requirement may be cancelled.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonus offers at bkoko are subject to specific conditions. Please read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000. Wagering requirements apply before this bonus can be withdrawn.
Wagering Requirements
bkoko's wagering requirement is 10x — and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. The wagering contribution may vary for certain games.
General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion is active for a specified period.
- A bonus may only be claimed from one account, one device, or one IP address.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- bkoko reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play
Betting Rules
All bets at bkoko are settled on the basis of fair and transparent rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed once the game has loaded. Any winnings obtained illegitimately as a result of a technical error will be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
- Bonus arbitrage or strategic misuse of bonuses.
- Claiming promotions using multiple accounts.
- Attempting to hack into the system or software.
- Betting using automated bots or scripts.
- Colluding with other players.
Technical Errors
Incomplete bets may be cancelled due to server outages, connection issues, or software errors. In such cases your stake will be returned. bkoko is not liable for any external technical issues.

Reasons for Account Closure
- Proven creation of multiple accounts.
- Registering under a false identity.
- Sustained misuse of bonuses.

Closing Your Account Yourself
You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonuses with pending wagering requirements that have not been met will be cancelled.
